TSI (Trend Strength Index)
Rules in Short:
- TSI > 0: LONG, bullish trend gaining strength.
- TSI < 0: SHORT, bearish trend dominating.
- Rapid increases or decreases indicate strong momentum shifts.
Volatility Zero Trend
Rules in Short:
- VZT > 90%: LONG or SHORT, expect high volatility and strong trends.
- VZT < 50%: Neutral, low volatility, range-bound markets.
Momentum
Rules in Short:
- Positive Momentum: LONG, upward strength.
- Negative Momentum: SHORT, downward pressure.
- Momentum often leads price direction; watch for crossovers.
RSI (Relative Strength Index)
Rules in Short:
- RSI > 70: SHORT, overbought, potential reversal.
- RSI < 30: LONG, oversold, potential upward movement.
- RSI between 30–70: Neutral, range-bound or trend continuation.
MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence)
Rules in Short:
1. MACD (blue) above Signal Line (orange): GOOD! LONG - bullish signal.
2. Green Histogram Bars: VERY GOOD! Strong upward momentum.
3. MACD below Signal Line: BAD! SHORT - bearish signal.
4. Red Histogram Bars: CAUTION! Downward momentum increasing.
Stochastic RSI
Rules in Short:
- Stoch RSI > 80: SHORT, overbought, watch for reversal.
- Stoch RSI < 20: LONG, oversold, potential upward movement.
- Crossovers between %K and %D lines confirm entries.
